• Technical Errors: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jilybet reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes wagered to the players involved. Wins arising from technical errors will not be paid.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jilybet system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction processed by jilybet
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in jilybet's software

jilybet's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or provision of false information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a charge-back or reversal instruction from a payment provider
• Court order or instruction from a Philippine regulatory authority

Upon account closure for cause, jilybet reserves the right to withhold any pending balance pending investigation. Genuine balances resulting from legitimate play will be returned to the player once any investigation is concluded, subject to legal requirements.
